Help with Setup server

Yes I have searched on how to make server if any1 could put a more recent guide for me or more recent files cuz most of them are missing things
Im trying to setup a server using Hamachi so my friends can play on it :D but so far unsuccesfull so please if any1 could guide me ide appriciate it (i apoligize for the spelling and gramar)
