updating with SMC(Patching has not finished. Please try again. [Error code(4)])

I encountered a problem and I do now how solve it.

when I do the update for vSRO client I have error code 4, image of the error: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

does anyone know how to fix this problem. Help me please. Thanks in advance.

show me the update file from smc.

dude it's media NOT Media
in smc update all words have to be small no capital at all.
