[QUESTION]Clean logs but 'check noticeboard'

Hello,

The server is running in SPC (All green arrows), did vchkoff and nprotectoff commands, everything's alright, ran a server earlier already, but did something wrong and completely reinstalled it (Except sql), neither Public and local IP works, no errors in logs etc. Portforwarded and all that.

Whenever I try to get ingame I get the white screen with "cannot connect to login server, checking server please check notice board" error.

Anyone any ideas? Tried everything but nothing seems to work.

Set right IP to game.exe ?

buenas tardes ya luego de un tiempo de haber cerrado mi server.-
estoy nuevamente intentando levantar mi servider tipico ep 4.5. cabe destacar que anteriormente no tuve ningun inconveniente para iniciar el servidor.

hoy dia me encuentro en vps con windows server 2008 r enterprise 32 bits.

intento levantar el servidor y todo bien.- no tengo ningun error.-
puertos abiertos . ip abiertas correctamente.-

intento ingresar al game. y me encuentro con el famoso tablon de anuncios. cabe destacar q en el log no marca ningun tipo de error.
tiempo del vps corriendo sin poder entrar al juego espero alguno me pueda colaborar.
