Whats servers are EP3 and avaiable withs W10??

Plsss help me! i like one ep3 -.- and dont find! im [RedBullx3] kiss dont are avaiable i try with launcher.bat.. and cant... eternia are 3.4 v dont EP3 help me ! one ep3 avaiable with windows 10 pls!
