Yes because I can give Umgeknickt only right. You can for example rent a server and leave it there to run a bot.

Only one use for one username don't go it lot of time with the same username it will block you
Clash of Clans is serverside...
it is almost impossible to hack it, you can only bot loot (gold, elixier, ...), maybe with a rth7 or good troops you can also farm trophies but not Gems ^^
