Shaiya Private server Local help in online, looking for help!

Hello everyone!!
I congratulate epvp for all that you do and your activities :)

I am a passionate player of Shaiya for many years, and now I have undertaken to create a server, I hope cute .. :)
I have no intentions of making money, as I said I'm a player, and I'd love to play to me, in my server!
My server project is something new and something that no other servers year ever done, but I will not go, or else I will steal the ideas ..

Back to us, I followed the guide to create a Shaiya server locally, but I would bring it online, and I found guides to do this, honestly I can not, and have a little nub of this ..: 0
There is a tutorial to follow, to switch from the local server to online?
Maybe step by step?
I'm sure that centers the ip 127.0.0.1
But I'm not sure ..I tried changing ip 127.0.0.1 in game.exe I put my ip ..
I changed and entered my ip ps_game.ini
But it gave me error ..
I add that to my local test server Shaiya, I'm using VMvware
A virtual machine ..
if you can give me some links tutorial :handsdown:
now .. my ip cmd is different from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] :(
Probably I have to follow some guide on the host?

Hello, you'll need to use the hamachi. the hamachi will generate an IP and this IP will in the game.exe to others having access to your server. Other people will also need to use hamachi. That is why the server on your computer. it was a vps, would not need hamachi. You can find tutorials teaching how to use hamachi.

But it could be a problem to use hamachi with the game ...

Where should I put the ip? I use HxD and rename the string 127.0.0.1 in game.exe?
Or game.exe, 127.0.0.1 is ok?
and only change in Server Manager (public ip) and ps_game.ini?

you need to edit all files from the bin/config/. change the ip, username and password. Remember, the password is encrypted.

You better can use an VPS or and Deticated Server. You mustnt use hamachi.

To me it seems you don't have a great idea of what you are doing. So i would suggest using Hamachi other than a VPS or Dedicated Server.

Simply because, with your level of knowledge, you should not really be aiming at going largely public.
Put it up with Hamachi and test out with a few friends, or people from this forum.. but please, for the love of all things holy.. don't make another failed public server without knowing what you are doing.
It is a waste of your money (VPS and Dedi's arent cheap) and it's a waste of everyone else's time. :)


For it to work, you need to have the hamachi ip inside your game.exe (in place of 127.0.0.1) and also inside your server .ini files.
(in place of PublicIP)
