Play 1.0 Servers With 2.0 Client!!

You really should post where to put this exactly, im guessing you inject it into the .ini?

No u put it in ur CO folder (the main one were the client is). I havent tried this but, i hear u download CO2.0 then u put this server.dat in the CO2.0 folder (were the client is) and u can log onto CO1 servers with CO2 client+D

A small warning to others, playing with these kind of hacks can sometimes get your character banned, play on noobs and be careful.

An easier way to do it is to simply open your conquer 1.0 root folder, copy your server.dat file, paste it into your conquer 2.0 root folder after backing it up then run conquer 2.0 :)

of course by backing it up i mean:

1. Copy the old server.dat file in your co 2 folder
2. Paste

You'll have a file called "Copy of server.dat" ;) That's your backup.

Ahh thanks, Im still new to the whole hacking thing, just learning the noob stuff, thanks for the help!

Ok this guy is really pissing me off he is posting simple file edits, and my friends bot and getting karma for it. He is just leeching these files from gzp, it is full of noobs is why I no longer go there.

that one doesnt work either it only has the CO2 server when i open up CO1
