This error is normal in most databases of Rohan. Unfortunately to fix this you need to have the full database. I think it's very unlikely that there is someone who has beyond their original developers.

so is it ok if i will disregard that error?? and 1 thing why im always got dc 5101 everytime i login? what is the common cause of that error? i already restarted my server many times but still dc 5101

This problem is cuz u have new mapID for hero files, but ur db is for 99 server non heroic.
The CD problem is in ur db too, you have to edit (fix) db with users.
