i understand magictypeop.dat but i can't understand type number 4 like this

Last year when I started with WCP development I took a peek into some files to understand what they were for. So I read most info on the magictypeop file, I've always been wondering how it works since 5095 binary (5072), then I read a few lines of every OP and figured out those types xD
Was easy, since most of the reborn combinations I have already done on 2.0 servers, so I just confirmed if the infos were right.

I did the rebirth code on cq_action of the 5517 automatic xD removing and adding skills after execution
