Depends. If your game crash on "Loading buildings", you need ramake what you do with hack. If your game don't load nothing, probably your account has been banned.
You can send a email or/and make a post on forum of Social Point TRYING ask for unban. Or, unfortunately, wait.
In 2014 my account has been banned, after 6 month the Social Point unbanned.

i managed to open my account on browser on facebook. maybe the app had problems. it was autoclosing

Hummmm.... So the crash is in your app! Not in your game.
Reinstall the app, try this. Is very, very normally the Social Point make a shit app. Many bugs, many errors etc.
Nothing wrong with your account.

i reinstalled the app but then its the same thing. it keeps on crashing

You can fix the crashes on ditlep.com.
You need to type in your Facebook ID and your session ID witch means that you need to use a PC for this.
