[Can I, and how?] Updating the exploration map

Ok I've found Seven spots that aren't located on the "Tiara's Moonshine Mod's" that the map doesn't have. I as wondering Who exactly would I have to contact for the Clean version of the map and the marker translations so I can work on it. Also though I'll probably need someone assistance on a little bit on the coding part, but I would Like to add more functionality to the map and have the words and markers not be in it but float over it. Is this a possible Ideal? I'm not a coder per say, But I am a Artist.

Edit: I know where the files are, but there are some sings I dont know what they mean. The letters that are slightly colored with a circle arounbd it and on the other maps they dnt tell you everything and what the little simbals mean...

Step 1: Locate Picture (Via Extraction or Upload)
Step 2: Open Picture in Editor of Your Choice
Step 3: Add the Points
Step 4: ????
Step 5: Profit

What about the other Idea?

I just don't know what all those extra letters and signs mean that aren't listed......

A lot of the symbols/pictures are just detailing different types of artifacts that can be found by using the l-rod. As for the letters, those usually details either locations/monsters/or boss monster spawn areas. If you can't read chinese the best way to figure it out would be to go visit those areas yourself.
