offline server?

i was wondering if there is already an existing offline version of CO..
i got a very bad connection so id rather play the game offline most of the time..
can someone give me a link?

lol i don't think anyone has an offline version or if anyone could even make an offline version but if they did I would want it as well becuz dialup with co is so laggy and if they could make one please make one for Co2 as well. post here if anyone can help out.
