Help Model Changer Crashed

Hi Guys!
I'm just wondering if somebody here could tell me the solution to my problem.
When I click the Model Change from the npc menu, neuz crashes and gives me this error

What do you mean sir Ace? I'm sure that all codes of Model changer added correctly and on resource files * Character.inc, defineneuz.h, resdata.txt/inc/h)are completed
