Is that possible to mix HON-BO1 HON-BO2 and this event booster for buying uri +50% and then have 70% more honor from boosters?

Yes, and you can usage design to have more honor...

My clan have 90% of honor boster with bases :)

So with design it will be 75% and it will be 100% working, yes?

And it works with gate reward for zeta forexample?

The reward is able to go over 100% and yes it will include gate rewards.
