Perhaps if you gave us more info other then just "why", we could help you.
Please tell us what errors your running into. I know for a fact Vista will run the soul.exe, most times you just have to run it as an admin.

at windows vista cannot paste the screenshot with i Ctrl+print screen..use messanger lolz..

easier way.... Alt+F12 or Alt+PrtSc will save ur screen then open up something like pain and paste it to paint and save in jpg format then upload
but most likely the problem being a DxError maybe ur running the wrong version of the soul.exe or ur AV deleted ur soul.exe or could be a number of things wrong with it
im running the new windows and vista and i have no problems
try using a different version of soul.exe or run ur soul.exe as Administrator
