Proxy or vpn

Is there good free program for being anonymous while playing Nostale?
I want to have few accounts logged with other IP's.
So I can bot, use multi-account or trade gold.

I found that I should use proxy or vpn. Is there any good free (not trial)?

Proxifier is able to assign a different proxy to any process.
