I main rumble top and Super Galaxy Rumble seems to be bugged. His Q animation doesn't work, i really hope it can be fixed. Thanks for the tool.

Right now i wanted to try championship riven and noticed that championship riven in the riot section has q particles as if it was basic skin while the other author championship skin has ult q particles as if it was basic skin

Dont think so, because you will just see the skin and the others see the default skin. Moreover the lol files dont change and you do not use a hack.
You also gain no advantage to the other players.

All in all, this tool is not bannable
