Dimension Pillar, +7 Drop Alchemy Rate

Hello, i need help.
I am looking for increase the Dimension Spawn rate. I dont know, which Tables. (fixed)
We drop too much +7 Items, how we can fix it?
Furthermore we would like to decrease the alchemy rate, because from +1-+4 is 100% success.
