hey guys my agent server not working

my agent server not working could anyone help me how to fix it?

when i go to start services says agent server has failed anyone know why this happening?

also comes up in SR_ShardManager DB connection failed help??

i have teamviewer if anyone will have a look for me?

use another server files, cuz seems to be that smth messing with ur files

where would i get server files from?
