Anyone help me create private server

hello im wondering if anyone would be able to help me create server from scratch

i am looking for files to set up server eg. server files, db

i am also looking how to setup datebase in sql

what is the best sql server for windows 8.1

You still missing a lot of "writing", you should specify what setup you has and so on, you should also describe if its locally, or remotely.

If you really want peoples help maybe you should consider on giving them as much information as possible.
