what is Offsets for Changing Max Mastery Level , Max Level ,Party matching (SRO_Client,game server) for Csro ?

well that will be kinda hard, easily you can use any modify game server,

or use GameServer_z0r...

cSRO-R has a different server cluster than vSRO ever had and will have (different offsets, even vSRO among 188 and 193 owning different offsets). SrZor stuff were made for vSRO 188, and from Chernobyl - if you don't know him, keep using his files ;)
I would suggest you doing some good old "back engineering" on its easiest way: try to find the offsets yourself, wait others to do so (which may take ages, since pSRO scene is quite dead) or just give up on those bad messy mix of cSRO files and switch to vSRO. Other than that, just quit Silkroad already.

well, my customers

my customers are usually from europe, they are usually male and have a own server or a job in a big it company (microsoft, dell etc)

egypts simply don't have to money to pay me if i would reduce my price by 75% i am pretty sure egypts would also hire me but i prefer quality work and if i reduce my price i can't offer that anymore :)
