helo i need help bug

hy guys i got this problem in this silkroad i download visuall cc 2010 and netframework and some other suffs but i still got theis bugany suggestions?
when i press start i get this error 2x then the silkroad client starts and i can play but my sbot dont login back if i get dc cuz this bug :/ please hlep me to fix it :)

Maybe delete sbot and download another one

i got the bug if i start normal client

-Try right click and run administrator
-Try new sro_client
-loock if server is on
-try use any loader

Tell me if work what i say try all things !
