Why did you hardcode the message length?
It's 5 bytes including the terminal 0, not 6.
You're provoking a stack underflow.

the game still freeeze but when i use wpepro it's worked!!!
so why did it frreeeeze?

Are you sure MSG_DONTROUTE is necessary?
I'd try sending without any flags being set.
