Trading safe with PayPal

Is there any totally safe way to trade with PayPal? I'm really afraid of refunds...

if i want to be safe i ask the one i am trading with to show me his screen via teamviewer to make sure he is not using a proxy, socks or a vpn
+ i am making sure that its his paypal acc

then i am watching him live how he sends me the money
dont know if thats 100% safe so

Kind of exhausting but imho a good idea. This way you can most certainly be sure that he's not using a VPN which is the most common cause for chargebacks (at least the one which you can't prevent at all if done right).

I've been recording the entire trades as a proof that he did receive the account but I'm still not sure if it's safe.

it's never safe with paypal, especially if its online accounts

What about sending the money as F&F + person starts his camera and shows his Identify card + his face?

you need to know if he is using a different ip (location)
if he is he is able to chargeback the money by saying someone else was using his account
doesn't matter if he send the money via f&f or showed you his id and face

How can someone else be using his account when he has shown me his ID and face though?

he could show you his id and his face and could still be using a vpn, socks or a proxy
paypal would chargeback the money

besides that there are close to 0 people showing you their faces + their id for a onlinetrade

Imo the best thing is just to record every trade, only trade over epvp and trade with "trusted" people only if paypal is involved.
