[HELLP] GlobalManager.exe no work!

i open cert after open GlobalManager.exe and he no open he make dmp file but no work , i off the DEP , i On again .. nothing , i open static ip i open hamachi ,nothing nothing.. can some one hellp me ? :(

use srpatcher to spoof ip.
