[Request]Fix for thief trade bug [spawn trans in safezone]

is there a fix for the thief trade bug ...
any thief could run to safe zone and keep spamming the trans pet and it actually works he could spawn it in the town and login with another char drop a trade and so on .

is there a fix for this bug?
