In game clicker

Hello guys,
sorry I am writing this here,but I dont know where else.
I would like to ask if there is any mouse autoclicker that will work in game.
For example i would like to put my mouse on the auto attack button and the autoclicker to click it each second. I hope you will tell me any because every autoclicker I tried didnt work in game :( Sorry for my bad English...
