how 2 use developers mode?

does any1 kno how 2 use developers mode. . or some call it the debug mode . . .im tryin 2 learn how 2. . . and also im trin 2 learn how 2 make gunzcheaters. . .yea and dont conplain 2 me about this being a stupid bulletin. . cuz i kno its alil stupid

...wtf...thats a friend or somethin...i didnt post it -.- anyways developer mode can be used with gunz runnable for the newest version...i found it on gzp if u want me to get it i can o an push f9 while using to get it to pop up
