[Question] add items no tp ?

hey guys , is there is a way to add items to char and it appears when they check there inventory [I] and they don't need to teleport to get it ?
like what happens in flag world you kill some one you instantly get a coin or ice cub

well here is what i have in mind
im using srzor files and im adding a trigger in srzor_uniques
when gets a new line it selects killer name and give reward
it wont change any thing i just wanna to do it like you kill and press I and you find your reward there instead of teleporting first
