Yeah, you just need to reinstall Visual Studio, I had this error many times. If it doesn't work the first time, just reinstall it again. And repeat until it works.

Sometimes this can be a problem with the Windows Platform Library. Reinstall .NET Framework 4.5, and if that doesn't work, then you should reinstall Visual Studio. In the rare case that it still doesn't work, as Best Coder 2014 mentioned, reinstall Visual Studio or just reinstall Windows itself (easiest option). Let us know if that fixes your problem.

I'm assuming you've enabled unsafe code in the project settings?... cause that's what the error is saying you need to do. That'd be the first step.

this.uint_0 = this.uint_1;
this.uint_1 = this.uint_2;
this.uint_2 = this.uint_3;
