I really dont understand but anyway,
What do you mean?
1.When you create account?
Maybe their system its down.
2. When you create character?
Maybe you are missing some of the pk.2 files or one of them is damaged.
3. When you write down your account and password & press log in?
Your acc / pw is wrong.

servers of sjsro is always like this always seen it like this: n/a crowded ... even when servers are offline.. is this normal ?? thnx anyway
