I've searched both epvpers & google to try and understand what's causing this error.
My client patches & updates just fine - and most of the time so does all other clients. But then randomly a client will get the updater error 'update fail. c45'
It extracts the patch but fails to go any further then that. This only happens on 1 client, meanwhile mine patches it just fine.
Anyone seen this before?

I solved this issue by flushing the DNS of the computer with the error c45 and sending them my updater. I don't know whether purely flushing the DNS helped or if for some reason sending them my updater (which I doubt as it's the exact same as they've got) helped but it worked. So, for anyone else who bumps into this - start by flushing the DNS and give it another try :)
