Your computer is probably infected with win32/Sality.NAU ->this virus brokens all your exe files.Check google before proceeding with the removal of that virus;its a bit tricky.

he is missing Library files.
Download them from the Microsoft site.
Search for library files on google or microsoft.
that is the problem 100%.
