Basically, I spammed backstab, while trying to get behind the mob. I used the instant turn around (hold left-mouse to turn the camera, then tap right-mouse to turn 180 degrees) sometimes, and just turning normally otheres, but it does require using the mouse to turn. No arrow keys!
What happens is that it somehow bugs the mob into thinking you've lost the aggro, and he pisses off back to his patrol! It can be used on anything (except pvp). I've only used it on the things in the video, but i have no idea what would happen with multiple enemies/instances. Prehaps this could save your ass from a boss!
