Would 2 Intel Xeon's, 4GB Ram, 5GB Traffic and 150GB SSD

Cut it for an new server? Otherwise, please recommend me some hosts and the best packages.

yes. for a new server you could even settle for 2 or 3 depending on how many players you have. but 4 would definetly do it.
