Ok i get error To create utf8mb3 In db backup i loking but cant find in my app or navicat utf8mb3 any one can help my ??

I'm no game programmer or any of that sort but UTF8 stands for (8-bit Unicode Transformation Format) since it has something to do with your database I say you have not yet created the table with UTF8 query, which you will have to do so yourself.
