Need help about PayPal payment system

I do not know if there is special section for this kind of question so i put it here.

I need help about PayPal payment method from countries that do not have Friends/Family option.From these countries you can only send with fees and these kind of payments can be refunded buy a buyer/sender. I was wondering is there anyway that people from that countries can send money like Friends/Family method or is there anyway to prevent payment to be refunded by other guy/girl. Any help is welcome please suggest me i need this because some of my buyers cannot pay as Friend/Family ,so i need to protect myself from scam.

PayPal Friends is not safe either. You can also chargeback by claiming someone stole your PayPal information.

Yeah, but i am asking for suggestion about sending without Friends/Family method do you have any?

And about Friends/Family chargeback maybe I tell them to write in the note that it is them and that account has not been stolen they are doing this trade by themselves.... blabla to make sure when they report to PayPal i have a warranty so they cannot do chargeback?

To give you a simple answer: No its not possible. There is always a risk if you trade. And since your country does not support Family & Friends the other once can always do a chargeback.

One more thing. Few days ago i was asked from a guy which i worked with to send him money on which i agreed. Since i am from Serbia and do not have Friends/Family option he asked me to use link which he sent me which allegedly sends money via Friends/Family option. So it transfer my payment to Friends/Family. That was so suspicious so i backed out. Does anyone have experience with these things so can tell me is this kind of things possible? And are there things or whatever that can make payment a Friends/Family one? Thanks.

Might have been some sort of donation link which is usually linked to a donation button. As far as I know you can also just send the plain link and the money is send without any fees (correct my if I'm wrong).
