and umm I have a folder from this moodle so I don't know how can I put a folder on here?

You can zip the folder and attach it as an attachment to a post.
So do you have any specific question regarding this assignment or just looking for someone who does it for you / spoonfeed you? you should stop studying and do something useful. You are not made for the job if you can't solve the assigment on your own. You are not even asking about specific problems.. you are only giving us the full assigment.

Oh really? I'm still not comfortable for this Visual Studio C# assignment however I don't get it for all. I think I can research this my assignment for my own.
