I need a Global Europe 2 account as fast as possible.
5 + havocs, 14 + lf4 and Apis drone.
Doesnt have to have Zeus.
I can pay around 40.

I have an almost maxed GE2 but the price is way higher than €40. Quote me here is you're able to pay more in any case.
