The eagleNT disable is wayyyyy ancient. Long since patched. eagleNT is no more than a part of HS. Disabling it... hardly bothers HS anymore.

That's an ancient method of bypassing HS and never even worked for me before it was patched. It doesn't work anymore. Also, any public bypasses you find have a small chance of working.

Just so you guys know EagleNT was an old company that had helped in the Plug and Play feature of your computer. It handles all the device management of your computer, when disabling it to all users; it just diables your ability to manage your devices. i.e. your monitor, or your network card ect.ect.
But it was worth a shot to people who haven't tried it. to reverse the non-registering of your devices so you can alter properties and such go back into that directory get back to the EagleNT folder right click that root folder and go back into permissions and set it back to all users. This reversal explanation is for people who did this and don't have any common sense to change it back if they f*@*ed up their device management directory. i.e. most leechers.
