Use any released source, patch bug and add the minimal features for playing, compile it and HOW it's magic you have a p-server nostale :)
Download waat, SOE, NosOPEN(lol), just remember this : Anybody never release a complet server for free, it's easy to make it, very easy, you just need a lot of time and it's so boring and finaly useless and all project will be stop.
