Login Problem NosTale SE

Hi,
I have a Problem while Login (With and Without Korean Proxy)
Whenever i type in my Account Data and want to login i get this message which i can't read it because it is In Korean,
I hope you can help me :/

How to you do to register?

Could you tell me which IP and Port are used in Nostale SE?

Wo kann ich die den finden? ist die in der NosTaleX.dat oder wie?

PS: Corean writing is kinda easy to understand, taking a look and with some time you would be able to reproduce the message and then use any tool to translate it..

I'm 90% sure this is the message that appears when your account has been deactivated.
You must have the KSSN you used to register to get the account active again.

I know about OCR Tools, But it fucking can't translate Correctly xD

GG and i lost the txt file where i saved the Registration info

Oh for the Registration you need a Mobile Phone Number (i dont know if you can use your own Mobile Phone Number which is outside of Korea) or a iPin,
I dont really know for what the iPin is but it seems to i can't play it anymore xD

No, if you've forget your KSSN, you can't.
But you also can buy a newer account

I gonna look on my old Hard Drives if i find the txt file ^^

2 HDDs left...
I don't know how to register now . Can i Register with a German Mobile Phone Number or a iPin without KSSN or somewhat?
And where do i need to activate my account with the KSSN?
I can't login into the Client but i can login into the website
