I built a server which works everything works but I do not know how to edit what a player will receive if the game help please

I built shalt serve me everything worked fine, but there is a problem that I recorded all the site built up a good game but the user does auto player in the city twincity and the player is without artifacts and I do not know how to edit it and edit silver started Help please
