World Dialog Problem

Ok so i download Virtuos v6 server files, i got everything set up, but i got a few
problems.

1. I cant use the GM commands, i get the "debug option" in the menu and i get admincommands when i write "/". (I have tried both accesslevel 1 and 100 in the Character Table)

2. All the characters just say "Hello" when i talk to them. And the quests dont work. I suspect that it may be because of the lack of Worlddialog.txt and .dll in the resource folder. If that may be see 3.

3. How do i add Worlddialog txt and dll to my server? I have tried adding it straight to the Resource folder.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this. Thanks!

Ok so i solved the problem with the NPC dialogs (database entry). But i still cant figure out what causes the problem with the GM Commands. As stated earlier, i get the "debug option" in the menu and i get admincommands when i write "/". But when i write the command out, for example "/ci "Wooden Sword"" it only registers as if i just said something, the text bubble pops up. It wont register as a GM command. If someone knows how to fix this i would really appreciate the help. It is on Virtuos V6 btw. Thanks!
