Cannot Play CO in Campus

Hi, I've just movin in and stay in My uni campus. So i will be using my uni internet connection. Unfortunately i think my uni banned the connection for all online games.

any suggested solution to solve this?
One of my friend said is about the port number problem.
If anyone of you having the same problem, you can post here as well and hopefully there will be someone helping us here.

You will have to consult the university about this. It is probably port related as you have said but the IT departments are the only ones who can allow these ports as they have administrative credentials to allow/disallow ports on routers.

there is no other way like editing some files on CO clients side?
I dont think the network admin will allow this as they purposely block the port, otherwise i wont come most of CO forum to get advice on this

Yea, you cant edit the client/files as you need to connect to the certain IP and Port to login to Conquers servers. Changing these would just render the client to be useless as it would not connect to the server.

Sorry about this, its kind of a sad ending if you cant get the admin to help you out.

If worse comes to worse you can use a GSM internet stick.

T-Mobile provides it in the US and Rogers Wireless Provides it in Canada.
