Dealing with Vsro Packets

could any one tell me how to read packets and manage it (Send-Receive) with C#
i need just 1 Example :(
and i cant find post or video to understand how it work or how to deal with it

If you don't understand whats going on within the source code, you might learn the basics of C# or network related stuff in particular first.
