Why not let me enter the chart , it is in me and I get 42 % Lost CONECTION , why?

Hello I'm the seafight doctor. I exactly now what's wrong, try changing browsers. If that doesn't help, I will give ya some pills ;)

I always get the message : "The Server Is Undergoing Maintenance" when I want to enter the sea chart?

It's just that I can log in to the game but I can't enter the sea chart for over 2 months or so. I was just wondering if this is a problem that everyone has or maybe its BP who wants to troll me
