Hello to my server which you Proposal to ban players String Program

And the purpose of this post is?

I think (god knows with that level of Engrish) that he wants a script to ban players through the database.
But honestly.. he could be asking what next weeks weather is meant to be like :S
Either way, he can use the search. There is no way we can guess what he wants from 12 words randomly placed :)
