how to close hack and cheat

hey guys i done my source 5375 but need to close hack and cheat for conquer.exe

i try with TheEnigmaProtector .. and still same hack work

what i can do to fix it ?

There's lots of different ways you could try to block hacks but anything client side will always be limited and vulnerable.

Some suggestions would be

Injecting into the client process your own protection to do things like change encryption keys, packet structures or add other obfuscation to block public hacks

Monitoring key client functions to see if they have been hooked or modified

Scanning running process lists for known hack/cheat programs (poor way to go but something a lot of servers do)


But sadly for you there's no easy plug and play solution. It's something you'll need extensive reverse engineering knowledge to do properly.

speed hack and change money not work with any cheat only that +1 problem

i mean if u have (2) 2h weapon +5 and Ring +5 u can make +6 ring .. and that fucking bad idk why they no play like anyone and play fair
is there way to fix that value ..

Umm... that's an issue with your server side code.... Not a client issue.

You should be checking when composing items that the minor and major item are of the same type (or the minor item is a + stone)

That's a logic issue, not a bot/hack issue.


Server side sanity checks should ALWAYS be your first priority. Never trust a single piece of data the client sends you if you can help it.

You have the same problem with the MeetYourMakers CLassic Conquer. Players can double their + items.

yeah thats right and i want make good start to open game with full anti cheat .. but im not so pro with it so can anyone help me ?

use Redux version 3.05 that's a good source.

Closed, I've already answered your question both generically (the skills needed for you to create an anti bot client side) and a more specific solution to your problem (it's not a client side bot problem, you need to fix your source's logic for composing)

It's clear you just want someone to 'fix it for you' which is not something we allow on epvp. We're here to point you in the right direction, not spoon feed you finished release/completed code.
