Why dont hacking programs work for me?

So, when i try to download any type of hacking program, like the one here:

it downloads and then it goes to

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Then

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

And wont let me use the hack, i have Windows Vista.
Anyone have any explanation? Thanks

Lmfao go download WinRar FREE one and right click the file open with winrar extract it then open the FILE!
